i have a 93 camry. whenever i used my blinkers they freeze. mostly my left blinker freezes more than the right, especially when im at a stop light. and sometimes it blinks once and it freezes. its really annoying because i have to see if my blinkers are working so the people behind/side me can see im about to turn or change lanes. also my hazard lights freeze too. they dont even blink once. anyone know what is going on? thank you.

Are the blinkers OEM or did you change them to LEDs?

Change the relay. The time controlled circuit is most likely bad.

You should have a relay under your dash somewhere. More than likely in the Fuse panel area. Only remove the one that is designed for the blinker system. You could probably look up the location on a toyota forum.
Then take the relay to an auto parts place for a replacement, or see if they can test it. Should only run around $10.
