I need to know how to wire an Amp to the factory stereo of a 2000 accord. I know you need a speaker to rca converter, but I need to know how to wire it up. I think I might have fried the stereo's outputs.

Are you installing a sub amp or an amp for your mids and highs?

The easiest place to tap the speaker wires is @ the rear deck speakers if you adding a sub amp. I hate to cut into factory radio harnesses.
Why do you think you fried the outputs? What are the symptoms? No output at all, front or rear? I would disconnect everything that you've done, and put everything back to the way it was. If that still doesn't work, your assumption may be correct.
