I'm looking for some efficient (93-94db) 6 1/2" coaxials.
I've looked at the Focal Polyglass 165 CV1, and they seem to be ok. Any reccomendations?

Probably because those are all low end entry level brands that most people consider to be of lesser quality then stuff that can be had for near the same price.

Generally built cheaply to less strict quality standards and for people new to car audio that don't yet know any better. They may work fine for many, but there are much better things to be had for just a bit more cash outlay.

I'd say go with infinity.
That's my opinion. Take it, leave it, or correct me.
