I am using 3 capacitors, can i just use one input off my dist block and run the wire from 1 positive to the other on the cap, and do so the same with the ground? Im just trying to avoid buying extra stuff when i dont need to. thanks

Yup. It's called a bus bar. You can use wire, but it can get kinda thick at the attatchment points. Most manufactures make bus bars to tie caps together with that "professional" look
