The truck strarts, runs for 15seconds and then the RS is shutting it down.

It doesn't try to restart, it doesn't flash parking light - error codes.

I seams to only do this cold.

I am using Tach Monitor.

Any Ideas??

you have the tach wire from the RS connected to the tach wire on the vehicle?

Yes, and the tach rate programed.

I re-programed when vehicle was warmed up (lower tach rate).

im leaning towards the fact that something is causing the RS to shut off. Im leaning towards a sensor causing the system to think someone has broke in. I do know that when a RS is triggered, all sensors are supposed to be bypassed. But I know if you unlock your door using the key (with the alarm still armed) than the RS will shut off. Maybe one of your sensors isnt being bypassed. What sensors are installed?

The 2000rs-2w is a remote start only unit.

What did you use to bypass the immobilizer?

If you used a universal bypass(key in the box) your antenna ring may be slightly off from where it needs to be around the key cylinder. Try adjusting it when the bypass is cold.
