Hello, I am trying to find a copy of directfax document #1053. Thanks in advance.

You'd be there half a day with that document, and you'd still end up missing a lot of the factory features.

www.ifar.ca
www.bypasskit.com
All of those three companies make databus modules that'll do the door locks for you.
All three have the installation manuals online too, so you can see how it's done before you buy.

Thanks Chris I'll check those out. I still woul like to see the document if anyone has it. I may not have the money in this customers budget for a mod.

Maybe someone here can find the module for you.
From what I remember, it goes like this:
1. Run wires into driver's door, configure two relays, connect driver's doorlock motor as 5-wire.
2. Repeat this, inside passenger door.
3. Repeat this, inside tailgate.
4. Run factory-disarm wire inside driver's door. (No way to arm the factory alarm, all you can do is disarm.)
5. Run wires underneath the rear seat, where you can find regular wires to lock and unlock the two rear doors.

Sorry, you can NOT post a reply.
