2009 corolla, lighted door sill trim

Has anyone install a lighted door sill trim on a 2009 Corolla, trying to find the correct wire to light it up when the door is open.

Or you could just use the domelight wire if you want: To the left of the steering column, there's a panel with three switches, and the coin pocket below it. If you open the pocket and put your fingers inside, that whole panel should just pop right off. (I really can't remember if you have to unscrew and remove the panel under the steering wheel first or not. Pull slowly and carefully to make sure one panel doesn't overlap the other.) Right behind there is the fuse box/body computer. On the lower left, you should pretty easily see a plug with a few wires coming out, and they all go right up the A-pillar to the driver's ceiling. I think (but test!) that the lower-left of these wires is the car's negative domelight wire. There should be also constant power, ground, and ignition (for the sunroof) in that same plug. Your doorsill lights are probably LEDs, right? I would imaginve that they wouldn't draw much current, and you'd be ok just to add them into the car's domelight circuit like that.
