I just completed the install on a 96 Acura 3.5 RL. My problem is with the siren, everything else works as it should. I get no sound (arm, disarm, panic, car finder, or full alarm) unless the car is remote started. Any ideas?

your lucky it didnt short and create a fire. the siren ouput is 12v, and if it touched ground ,you would have quite the firework show inside.

Nah Ted, it won't have caused fire, the output of the unit would have shorted out first!
