According to Bulldog Security...

Parking Light is Brown (+) at headlight switch or fuse box.

The horn is found in the steering column as follows:   YELLOW/LIGHT GREEN(-) is found on vehicles WITH FACTORY CRUISE CONTROL

and  BLUE(+) is found on vehicles WITHOUT FACTORY CRUISE CONTROL.

Check with DMM because the Ford Ranger is the same vehicle and the Blue wire listed for it is (-).

Soldering is fun!

if the wire is negative, you dont need a relay. if its positive polarity, you need a relay to convert polarity from neg to pos.

your parking lights draw 15amps when they are on? are you testing properly or did you just use the parklight fuse to determine it was 15 amps?
