I'll soon be installing a Viper 5101 RS into my 2002 Nissan Sentra SER SpecV.

My question is with the door locks and factory alarm disarm and rearm. I know how to use the GREEN/ blue wires from the RS to control door locks, but how do I connect the H2/6 light blue 2nd unlock wire? The H2/1 light-GREEN/ black wire is for factory disarm and goes to pin 30 of the "smart entrance unit". This pin is for the key cylinder switch (unlock). Can I also use the rearm wire and connect it to pin 40 which is the key cylinder switch (lock)? Will I need to use H1/9 BLACK/ white "dome light output"? Won't the car turn on the dome lamp when I unlock it with the Viper remote? I have the factory wiring diagram, so finding wires won't be a problem.

Thanks for any help. I've installed a bunch of alarms and remote starts, but they were basic installs.

Sorry, I meant pin #41 is rearm. I'm not able to edit my posts yet.

So, no thoughts on the wiring?

I looked at the wiring diagrams again and it looks like I can use pin 13 "door unlock DR" and pin 14 "door unlock OTHER" at the smart entrance contol unit. I'll need relays as these wires go straight to the actuators.

Any way of doing it without relays?
