My own stupidity lol! So what i did was the auto learn tach. what i did was followed ur directions like i have done a million times before with no success. Then i thought why dont i look at the book to see if im missing a step.. Sure enough what i had to do was
Turn the truck on by the key,
reached down and switched 1,5,6,7 up on the dip's
waited 10 seconds or so cause i couldn't see the tail lights come on
hit the break, waited some more
pressed all dips back down to off, waited a few seceonds
then pressed the break again
turned truck off by key..
Done deal truck is working once again!!! Loven it!!
