installing a 5301 in a 2002 grand caravan. when starting with the remote, every thing in the car turns on, but the engine does not crank. I am getting no power out of the violet wire(H3 pin 4) when I do the diagnostics I get 9 flashes for low battery (voltage model) have both reds to 12v hot, hood swith is ok, neutral safety switch plugged in and in the on position, H1 pin 5 black and H2 pin 18 BLACK/ white are grounded.

Where do you have it grounded and where did you get your 12v constant from? Also check and make sure you aren't getting any input on the brake wire when the ignition comes on.

Use a DMM to check the voltage between all your hot wires and the ground.
Have you powered up all the fused wires?
