Actually, you should find two Red wires in the ignition harness that test as +12V constant. Just split
the R/S's load between them ( 4 or 5 wires ).
The door locks should be handled by the Viper to the DB-ALL2 via the D2D harness and from the DB-ALL2
to the car via the J1850 OBD2 connection. But the DB-ALL2 install guide has this note :
In some vehicles, DBALL-GM2 may not control the doorlocks via data. Once programmed, test the door lock inputs todetermine whether DBALL-GM2 will activate these functions via data. If there is no activation, the door lock system willneed to be controlled in analog via the remote starter.
If you are using the DB-ALL2 flashed with the 402.GM2 v1.06 firmware & connected to the 5301 via D2D, there
will be many unused wires.

The Brown ACC2 wire may not be necessary for a simple R/S install if the Heat and A/C function OK without it.
