Intermittent Starter Problem

I installed a Hornet 554T into a 2003 Land Rover Freelander.  I did not wire in the starter disable, the 554T arms and disarms the factory alarm.  There have been 2 occasions that the car would not crank with key or remote start (it was like car was in drive or the starter was disabled by the alarm). 

By the time the car is towed to the dealer it starts and the dealer cannot find a problem, and of course is blaming the aftermarket alarm/remote start.  Does anybody have any ideas what could cause this or what things I could look for when this happens again?

There have been 2 occasions that the car would not start with the key or remote start (it would not crank, lit was ike the starter was disabled by an alarm or the car was not in park.  By the time the car is towed to the dealer it starts and the dealer cannot find a problem, and of course is blaming the aftermarket alarm/remote start.

Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this or what things I could look for when this happens again?
