I have a Clifford RSIII installed on my 98 Oldsmobile Intrigue, it has been there for about 8 months now. About a week ago it started having transmitter problems (I think). I was no longer getting the signal back from the alarm telling the transmitter if had armed/disarmed/started/etc. Then two days ago the transmitter either stoped transmitting or the alarm stoped recieving the signals. I have tried to reprogram the transmitter to the alarm brain with out success. I also tried resetting the alarm brain by unpluging its main harness for about two hours then plugging it back in, this also did not work.
Does anyone have any ideas on what else i could do.

Get a new remote. They fail all the time. This time get one of the newer versions - part # 479C. They are more reliable.
