Valet switch problem

My valet switch is not responding, I tested the switch itself and it's good. I need this switch to program diffrent features. It will not overide the alarm either. The alarm is a Cammando 5005 installed in an 97 f150. If its the unit itself is there any other way to program the features. Thanks

i dont know about that particular alarm , but make sure ignition and door trigger are hooked up. cause you know on dei if they are not it wont program.
