You don't need the blue/red, it will power your radio. Hook your wire for the blower back to the BLACK / YELLOW, your 2nd ignition.Tacomacrew

The reson they would not come on is because they are turned on by a wire other than the main ignition.  That is why you have 2 ignitions and a accessory wire.  they are all powered when you turn the key, but not all powered automatically when the rs is activated thouigh the main igniiton.
