You don't need the blue/red, it will power your radio. Hook your wire for the blower back to the BLACK / YELLOW, your 2nd ignition.

If the vehicle is started and the AC and Blower were left on, wouldn't they come on with remote start? If not, why?

Any advice prior to install would be appreciated. I am also interested in maybe adding an accessory to control but not sure what might be a good one. Any suggestions.

The reson they would not come on is because they are turned on by a wire other than the main ignition.  That is why you have 2 ignitions and a accessory wire.  they are all powered when you turn the key, but not all powered automatically when the rs is activated thouigh the main igniiton.

You can also use gray (-) for lock and purple (-) for unlock at the integrated control module( left side of steering column) right in front of the dash when you pull the lower dash down.

there are two purple wires, use the purple wire that is on the bottom row, this way you wont need to hook up the child safety locks. works all the time. You can locate it by hitting the lock/unlock switch and hearing for the clicking noise. It only has one harness in front
