ok, but i really have no idea what i am doing, is there any guides on how to install a car alarm? I am really lost here, i think i might have to take it to get it installed by a pro. Do you think $100 is a good deal?

In your case you will better off letting a pro do the install.  $100 is okay if the alarm is worth it.  You can't trust everything from ebay.  Most install shops don't charge if you purchase the alarm from them, and with this, if the alarm is bad you can return it to them to have them troubleshoot the problem or replace the alarm all together.  With the ebay alarm, it's as is, with no other guarantee it will work.  The choice is yours.  Do it right the first time
