I have a Nustart model NUA 3000 paging alarm system. Its the same alarm as the compustar cm3300. This alarm has the am paging function but it only seems to work when i have the remote about 3 inches away from the antenna. What could be causing this very short range in the paging function. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah forgot to mention that the keyless entry works fine from very far away but the paging does not. Thanks

It's the antenna, go back to the place that you got the system and ask for a replacement antenna. This will fix the range problem that you have.

let us know if the above works because I am also having a paging problem with my 790xv
