I believe i have the viper equivalent to the clifford matrix RS 3.5, i have the clifford remote that has the lcd but i checked my main alarm unit and it says viper. out of the blue my remote stopped working, it would give the feedback as if it was out of range yet i was sitting right inside the car. i can't seem to find a way and reprogram it, i have my friends install manual for the clifford RS 3.5 but it doesn't seem to work for my alarm. i really need help! thanks

Try disconnecting the alarm completely for a minute or so, and try that. Those things happen all the time for some odd reason. I have to do mine like that every so often.
