Shaved Door Kit - Spal 7 channel, channels 3-7 are negative output.

I would like to know how to wire in power windows with a switch.  I've got the instructions to wire the power windows w/ a relay, but no switch.  Is an STDT relay ok to use?  And will I need 1 per window?

How can I wire the system up with a switch and remote control?  Also, from reading around it sounds like the windows will only go up or all go down, and that 2 relays are needed per window to do it up and down.  Anyone help me figure otu the best way to have the remote available to do both?  I assume I'd need to use channel 3 & 4 (up/down).   Then do the exact opposite for each direction.  But the switches still get me.   Thanks for any help.
