, could I just put a switch inline with the alarm's door wire? Then, if the door is shut, and I flick the switch, the alarm will get a (---) signal, and think the door is open.....and not arn. Or will that not necessarily give a (---) signal if the switch is flicked....but rather just neutral? (and no, i don't use forced passive arming which will arm even though a door is open).
