I have a 05 chrysler 300 that i am doing a keyless entry keypad on and my problem is that when you lock the car with the factory remote the factory security system disables the doorlock switches after a few minutes.  Does anyone know any way that I can get around this.

thanks for any help

If you UNLock car with key and open door, doesn't the door locks become operational again?
I think you can pulse a NEGATIVE to the Door Trigger & wake it up.....

well the guy aparently loses or locks his keys in the car a lot. If you're talking about pulsing the door lock trigger wire or the factory alarm un-lock trigger wire?

U should be able to send a pulse from your keypad to wake up system at the same time as U UNLock the doors..........

if you sent a pulse to the door trigger you will trigger the factory alarm, you have to use relay and resistance

Power Lock PURPLE / dk. green  -  DKP or cluster, gry 26P plug, pin 5
Notes: Lock is negative trigger thru a 330 ohm resistor. Unlock is negative trigger thru a 100 ohm resistor. MUST use relays.
Power Unlock same as power lock wire

or try to get the 456l this is a learnig module resistor, that way you don't have to use realays.

This is how i already have it wired.  the problem is that the factory security system won't accept any input from that wire if the car was locked with the remote setting the alarm....
