Hey y'all !  A couple of years ago, my remote for my Code Alarm security system broke, and I just got a used remote from a friend who used to have the same exact system.  The problem is, the previous owner had the system installed and I don't have any of the installation manuals.  I was told to check out the forums on this site, so I signed up today.  Hope somebody can help me!

I know there is a specific sequence you have to flip the valet switch, so my question to you all is.....does anyone know the sequence?

If it helps, the remote's FCC ID is GOH-MX1.  Thanks everyone!

try this: ignition on, door open (make sure the dome light is on) press an hold the valet switch for about 10 secs, till you hear 3 chirps, then while still holding the valet press the lock button on your remote, that should be it
