I am installing 1 pursuit keyless entry in my 1996 camry

I need a constant 12V input for the module. All wiring diagrams indicate it to be in the ignition harness.

I am not sure how to access this harness it should be behind the dash somewhere

..Is there another location for a constant 12V

I tested the module by directly connecting to the + terminal and everything works fine..

Please help..!!

Thanks

Drop the bottom of the dash down..... you'll be glad you did. This car is a good one to "learn on"...... IF your new to the 12 volt arena

Thanks for the quick reply.

I looked at the bottom dash and I see 2 10MM bolts one on each side.

I loosened these but it looks like the dash still doesnt come off. Have I missed something here?

Thanks

Should be, on that same panel, two little pieces near the top......one rectangular, one square.......pop those off, and there are two more 10mm bolts behind. After that, the lower dash will come right off.
