I have bought a new clifford concept 100 alarm system for my 1999 ford f150.  I have never came around to installing it.  Last night my window got bashed so now I really need to install it.  Can somebody or anybody give me the wiring diagram for the concept 100?  I already got the wiring digram for my truck off this website so all i need is the wiring digram for the clifford concept 100.  I have already checked the clifford website and for some reason they didn't list the diagram for my alarm system.  Thanks!!!

What wires did you test for lock/unlock & did you bypass the PATS system on the truck ? We need more specifics.......... does the truck even try to turn over ? Is it turning over, but not catching ?

I started my car alarm install last night and I didn't get to finish.  I have run into a few problems and I need help really really bad.  here is a detail description of what I did:

First I mounted all the componts(Siren, Glass Tampering Sensor, Coded Valet Switch, LED, Dual Zone Piezo Sensor, and antenna).  Then I plug all the componets into the given plugs.

After all those was finished I started looking for all the wires.  I started with the 4 pin wires. First, I found the Starter and Ignition wires. From the Ignition switch I hooked up the Ignition wire(RED / Black) to the WHITE/ Brown Clifford wire, And the GREEN/ Blue Clifford wire to the other end of the ignition wire.  Then, I found the Starter wire(RED / Blue), and hooked up the WHITE/ Green Clifford wire to the key side of the Starter wire, and the WHITE/ Blue Clifford wire to the other end of the starter wire.  All done with that, now I moved on to the 22 pin connector.

With the 22 pin connector, I pluged in all the componets and was left with the Trunk and Hood trigger input(Gray / YELLOW), Parking light outputs(Brown), Door lock output(Gray/Green), door unlock output(Gray/Orange), Interior light supply(BROWN / Red), and door trigger input(Gray). I didn't use Auxiliary A or B(Gray/Voilet, Gray/Blue) or Armed output(Green).

Trunk and Hood trigger (Gray / YELLOW)I hooked up to a hood trigger.

Parking light outputs(Brown) I hooked both up to the Parking lamp wire(Brown)

Door lock output(Gray/Green) I tapped it into the door lock wire(Pink / YELLOW)

Door unlock output (Gray/Orange) I tapped it into the door unlock wire(Pink/Green)

Interior light supply(BROWN / Red) I hooked up to a fused 12v supply

Door trigger input(Gray) I hooked up to the door switch wire(BLACK/ Blue)

After all that, My door locks wont lock or unlock with the alarm, but will lock and unlock with the cars lock/unlock switch and,  the alarm will not engage if I open the door while the alarm is armed, also after disarming the alarm, it automatically arms itself after a minute or so.  When I disarm the alarm, my car wont start.

Can somebody PLEASE help me out with this? Did I do somethiing wrong?  what should I do now?  HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

** Did you bypass the PATS system  ? ** Look here : http://www.velocitymotorsport.com/security/vatts.html Look for the Ford/Mazda PATS Anti-theft X-Plained at the bottom of the page for more information.

First off you have the IGN wires mixed up withthe ACC wires. This is what your suppose to have:

  • WHITE/ BROWN=====Keyside DARK BLUE/LIGHT GREEN
  • GREEN/ BLUE ====== ENGINE SIDE BLUE/LIGHT GREEN
  • WHITE/ GREEN ====== KEYSIDE RED / LIGHT BLUE
  • WHITE/ BLUE ======== ENGINE SIDE RED / LIGHT BLUE

Some of the wires you have are not on the correct wires on the truck. Here is a wiring diagram that you can use as referrence and make sure you double check all the NOTSES. Also, your door locks will not work because they are probably a type C ( 5 wire ) and you will need to use 2 relays for this look at this link here for a diagram for the 5 wire :

Notes:

NOTE: Some models of this vehicle are equipped with PATS (Passive Anti Theft System). Use DEI module 555F to over-ride during remote start.  *1 Power this wire if vehicle is equiped with only rear anti-lock brakes. Vehicles with all wheel anti-lock brakes do not have this wire.  *2 Negative pulse, type 'B', on keyless entry models. Five wire, type 'C', on non-keyless models, mastered from the driver switch.  *3 May also be found at trailer connector next to diagnostic connector under dash.  *4 If equipped with autolamps.  *5 The BLACK / YELLOW catches the drivers door and the BLACK/ pink catches the passengers door. Use both wires and diode isolate each. See direct fax document #1076 for wiring information. The wires are found in there respective door harnesses. Both wires may also be found at the GEM module located above the fuse box. On models without a dome light delay use ORANGE / lt. green (-) at the light switch.  *6 Arms when locked with the door open. To simulate, send a negative trigger to the lt. blue/white wire at the RAP module, located behind the light switch, while locking.    *7 Tach wire: on the 4.2L it is a dk. blue/lt. green at the coil pack on top of the motor. On the 4.6L it is a pink/white in a 3 pin plug at the front of the motor below the air intake and next to the fan. On the 5.4L it is a lt. GREEN / WHITE at the coil on the passenger side of the motor between the fuel injectors.

You can use a key required universal bypass module or a keyless bypass module ( PKF ). http://www.velocitymotorsport.com/security/transponder_page.htm

You can make your own universal module here: http://www.velocitymotorsport.com/images/install_notes/116.jpg
