Is there an antenna wire behind the factory radio...? Normally to power up most factory amps, you take the blue/white wire from aftermarket radio...And connect it to the blue wire on the aftermarket harness you bought...! The factory amp is usually located  behind the right rear plastics...You have to take off the seatbelt bolts...and alot of panels and clips...If you do have to access the amp...Might want to invest in some panel poppers...And some replacement clips...The clips break/wear out when removed...Its good to have a couple on hand...Prevent those annoying rattles...!
