2012 Lexus CT200h Alarm/Remote Start/Stereo Wiring

I need the pre and post amplifier wiring for my 2012 CT200h premium with nav. I plan to replace the factory amp with a 5 channel JL amp for the front and rear 4 channels + factory sub. I have been told that the center speaker runs off the head unit. Can you verify this as well? Thanks a lot!
