I have a 2004 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 V6. I am trying to get ahold of a vacuum diagram. I broke a vacuum line coming of the intake and I have no clue where it is suposed to attach so I need to get ahold of a diagram so I can figure out where it goes. Thanks.

So you have a vacuum line hanging there not connected to a thing right?

And so given that you have a terrible vacuum leak right? The rig runs crappy

The line is only "so long" you cannot simply see how far it will go and look at all the potential places.

I would get a can of carb cleaner and have someone in the rig on the gas. Slowly spray the cleaner in the areas that you hose "could reach"

When you idol goes nuts..... take a look.

It ran really bad with it not pluged up so I just plugged it up and it runs fine its just now I have my check engine light on. Well I found out it is for the Evaporative system. So I order a new hose through the dealer and I will get them to show me where it goes.
