Sounds good to me. What is powering the rear speakers though? Deck power? You might have a few balancing issues with that...just somehting to be aware of. A four channel amp would let you run all four speakers at the same (or near same) level. and when you say "*bridged each channel*", do you mean bridged into one channel? Bridging, in essence, means using two channels to power one speakers (or set of speakers), effectively combining the output power. If you bridge the power acoustik, you'll have 1 channel...to power what?

when i mean bridged is that i got the front 2 speakers on one channel and the rear 2 speakers on the second channel....the speakers are 4ohms....so bridging 2 speakers on one channel drops to 2ohms....so i got 2 channels running at 2ohms....my only problem with the kenwood deck is that my cd skips everyonce while when i have it turned up.....but it pounds like a motha...eheh

Ahhh..I see what you mean. In that case, it would be running the amp at 2 ohms, not "bridging." I think you've been misled to the meaning of bridged. Bridged is combining two (or more) channles into one, while you are talking about runnning more speakers in parallel to drop the load on the amp channel. It should work fine, but realise you won't get stereo...not a big deal if you're not into SQ and want the SPL. Mono is the way to go for that.
