I just installed  an Audiovox CCS-100 in a 2002 Nissan Frontier 4 cylinder (I used the magnetic pickup too).  It works great below 60 mph but will not engage above.  Any ideas or suggestions?

Sounds like the servo doesn't have a strong enough vacuum source. Check your vacuum source and if necessary add a vacuum canister.

I reset the unit to 4000 ppm and it now works great.  It works great, even at 85 mph, I didn't try any higher speed.
