Is there a place I can get a diagram showing how to bypass the bulb test in the Cavalier/Sunfire?  I have done it before using one relay, but can't remember how I did it.

What year is the car? Are you using a passlock bypass kit or relays?
All you do is use a relay with 85 to ground out while remote starting, 86 to starter wire.  30 to ground and 87 to bulb test wire.

I honestly don't remember.  I really doubt it.  I have been using passlock kits for years and haven't used relays to bypass since arond 96 when they first came out.  I would bet no.

You can always measure the resistance to ground while cranking.
Or you can wait for someone who knows for sure :)
