I have a P1000-1bd that doesn't work. There is a part that has broken on the board but doesn't have a part number. I can't post a pic but it is a blue cylindrical piece that has 4 bands around it. Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like it could be a resistor. There should be a component number on the board where it came from. R***

It is not a resistor and there is not a part number.

According to information I have it is a 30 ohm device. Can you take a picture covering about 10 times the area of the circuit board?
According to info I gather from the picture, it is a 10 or 20 ohm device. However the brown ring could be the orange band that I think it is. What are the numbers on the device labeled Q10? ?
