brand new platinum digital 1200 monblock power amp over heat in seconds has anyone go any idears?

i followed the instruction manual for the wireing.

it is also blowing main power fuse

yes ground wire heat up too

where do u have the ground connected to??? and what do u have  running in your car right now???

i also tried the white wire on the factory amp but got no sound when i did that.. and if i did get sound it was late and distorted...

it is connected to bolt in floor of car.

only 1 12 inch alpine sub for now would like it to run 1 12's

u r using the seat belt right???? basic installation always use the seat belt screw.. greatest ground in the car direct to the chasis

no it is not it is using tie down bolt that go's through in to chasis
