yea i got one 1994 nissan quest...and trying to put a deck in.  But the harness says ford so we got the ford(mercury villiger)..still the deck turns on but nothing to the speakers...so i was wondering if i can cut the factory grey harness(with speakers  wires inside) and splice into those...but i need the diagram ..the one in this site is not correct...thanks

Your quest has a factory amplifier and you can purchase a harness that will make to the gray harness.  If you cut this harness and wire direct, you will loose your factory amplification.  Purchase the correct harness and connect the blue wire to turn the amp on.

Yes, depending on what deck you have, you will have a blue wire or a blue/white wire.  You will need to hook this up to turn on your factory amp.  If your deck has both, then connect the blue/white wire
