Hi Folks
I have just installed a Kenwood KDC-W4527 CD/Radio head unit and i would like to connect my origonal 10 disc Changer (KDC-C603) to it.
The cable that is attached to the 10 disc changer fits in to the rear of my new unit but it does not work.
Does anyone know how i can get this to work as it works ok if i connect the old head unit back up to it !!!.
Cheers Dan

just a thought, some kenwood changers have a protocol selector switch under where you insert the magazine behind the door.  it shoudl have two options "o" and "n" try that in different positions.

also, turn your deck on and off a couple of times after initial connection is made.  this may help it "boot up" properly
