Hi I have a 2001 civic SI coupe or EX in USA and i was wondering where the best place to route my power cable through the firewall. I am using a 8 gauge wire. I wanted to make it go through the rubber seal on the passenger side floor where the cabling already goes through but i would have to make a hole in the seal and i don't want moisture coming in there. Anyone has a better place to make it go through or a good way to seal the hole? Thanks.

Should be a factory grommet near the steering shaft under the hood that you can pierce and get 8ga thru.

Just go through there and use some silicone sealant if you're worried about moisture.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.
