i dont have the standard setup for this vehicle so the aftermarket adapter plugs dont fit...i have an upgraded system through toyota that essentially has a built in amp and the plugs are different. this website as well as others show wire colors that are only accurate for the rear speakers.

thanks for the additional info however the colors still dont match.....am i going to be able to wire from the current plug wires or am i going to have to go to the harness? also is there a way to test where the wires go to figure them out that way? thanks

Most of the time the radio plug fits in after the amplifier. Have you checked to see if the plug fits the output on the amplifer ?
