i have 2-channel 1600 watt Amp and 2 JL 10w3's. HU is a Sony CDX-F5710 w/ F,R, Sub RCA outputs. PROBLEM = broken RCA inputs on the Amp. Question = how do i hookup my subs if the HU doesn't have Speaker (High) level output for sub? is there some kind of adapter i can buy to bring low-level to High-level so i dont have to do surgery on the amp and resolder the RCA's? i know its probably my only option, but i've never soldered before, and also, i cant even get a decent visual of the solder points on the circuit board. what is the best/easiest solution?

Have the amp professionally repaired.  Any further advice to someone who "doesn't know how to solder" would be ill-advised.  If all that is wrong is a broken connection, it should be a relatively inexpensive fix.  But if there are other problems as well as that or instead of that, a technician will be able to find it out.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Look up electronics repair in your phone book. A place than can do tv's and such will know what to do.
