ehhhh! with questions like those and a vehicle like that i humbly suggest you consult qualified pros, according to specs even the radio uses can network to be turned on, or if you've got alot of time and a good multimeter and a whole lot of patience,  the guys on this site should be able to help you and hopefully you'll get through without too much loss of sleep.remote start, 2008 chrysler sebring -- posted image.

have you checked the vehicle wiring database on this site, your vehicle info only goes up to 2007, and there's a dailmler sentry key immoboiliser, unless chrysler went back to the old skool pass lock, (there's a laughremote start, 2008 chrysler sebring -- posted image.), i would love to see how you bypass the transponder with the relays and resistors. suck in your pride and take it to the pros, or start asking for suitable bypasses, to accomplish your task, and stop barking at those trying to help you out.

I've actually seen a couple of Sebrings over here they are trying to sell them, I think they will be collector's items next year, just like Pioneer and Windies Banks...sorry Darren it's not funny, he caught everyone. I don't think you can do it without at least a transponder by-pass, you can probably work the locks and lights inc. factory arm, disarm etc with relay driven resistive loads but if you've got flip flop  rather than relay driven lock wires coming from the alarm R/S, you'll need relays anyway, once you get over 3 or so relays, about $6 trade plus various resistors, cents,  you've still got the time factor which you still have to cost in.  Over here the Sebring is seen as an inferior  Ford Mondeo/Vauxhall Insignia. I was playing around with a Calibra ( I think that's what it's called) while a couple of  the lads were installing sound in it  (Kennie d/din with b/tooth and SatNav.)  The interior feels so flimsy.

Dont forget about the Mux wire.If you get a bypass without mux output, you will have to add a couple of more relays and resistors on top of what Howie listed.
