clifford arrow 3 wont disarm

Alarm: Clifford Arrow 3

I was trying to program the trunk release/Acessory output in the installer programmable features and now my alarm wont disarm from the remote. However, It will arm and go into valet mode from the remote. I double checked the programming and corrected the lock pulse that got changed  and it worked fo a while. Then it stopped disarming again and when i checked the programming, stuff had switched back. I corrected it again and it still didn't work . I reset it to factory settings through the user selectable features and it still wont disarm when i hit the button on my remote. Anybody got clue what is going on with my alarm?????

An interesting development . . . . i just cleared all the remotes from my alarms memory and then re-programmed them. Now my alarm will arm and disarm from the remote but not with the correct buttons. The arm/Disarm button now actives Valet mode. The Star  now arms the alarm, and the Trunk button disarms it
