03 mustang v6 oem disarm wire

Hi, I found about 8 different resources saying that 03 Mustang factory alarm disarm wire is at GEM/BCM 20 pin plug pin 16. I've got everything else hooked up, including wires at this plug, but there is no wire in that pin and I can't find any dk grn/vio wire on the GEM. Is it in one of the three connectors behind drivers kick panel? Not built in on a V6 model? I just ran into a thread where a guy needed wire info for an 01 and it said "at R.K.E." I don't know if my car has it or where it might be but i suppose it's a possibility.Thanks in advance

Do you even have a factory alarm? Or is there just a little blinking light on the dash making you think you have one? Roll the windows down, lock the door with the keyfob, wait 2 minutes then try to unlock the door without the key and open it from the outside. viola
