need 98 civic hatchback wiring alarm

need the hatchback civic wiring diagram and i cant find the dome light wire/ door trigger need help too find the wire where its located? and what color is it ? A.S.A.P

The dome light wire is a Light GREEN/ Red (-) wire, its in the 24-PIN blue connector near the top of the fuse box. If you completely removed your factory radio, it will interrupt the dome light circuit, assuming that you had factory keyless entry.

If you did have factory keyless entry, and did remove the factory radio. Jumping Pin #8 (Light GREEN/ Black) to PIN #14 (Light GREEN/ Red) will reconnect the dome light circuit.

^^hello, i've just run into the same problem.  this is probably a dumb question but how do I "jump" Pin #8 to Pin #14?  Thanks for your help!

Use a small piece of wire and attach the two wires that are in those locations together with the wire. It will act as a bridge that connects the two wires.
