On the three pin harness on the 451M door lock module, I know the green and blue are the neg trigger signal from the alarm/remote start. My question is does the red need a constant 12 volts? Been awhile since I worked with a 451m. Thanks in advance!!!!!

If you're working with DEI product, that centre pin is at a constant 12V+ to feed the red anyway. No need to connect to a constant, it's already there.
NOT the case with A/Vox products although Comp. may be the same.
