Hello first time posting here... I just installed a avital 5303 on my 2001 f250 super duty. Its all hooked up and working even the door locks.... that took a bit of thinking to figure out.. but now when remote started it starts runs like 2 seconds and shuts off... truck has no security system no pats key just steel key... when run the start kill diag on the avital says code 4 (remote shut off) the two way remote does beep and show shut down... not sure what could cause this... any thoughts on what I might be missing ?

Did you do the TACH LEARN for the 5303? Page 32 of the install manual. What is the TACH wire conected to on the truck?

I have but may not have worked as I just learned its in bitmap mode so will switch it tonight and try that again...hopefully that works I'm hooked to a injector driver wire thank you for replying
