I has some work done on my car, and ever since then the security light blinks for 15 minutes and then turns off. Its the pk3 system.

I then bought a viper 550esp with remote start and seems I dont need the bypass 555g cause it starts without it. Does this mean my ignition system is going bad or what? Any advice will help me.. Thanks Greg

It is a 2000 Grand Prix GTP what else do you need? greg

Also does anyone know how to disable the factory alarm, which wire is it and which wire from the 550esp do i have to use... greg

| DOOR TRIGGER|tan and dark blue |- |*1 |

| SPEED SENSE|dk.green |4 |*2 |

Notes:

NOTE: This vehicle is equipped with the pass-key III immobilizer. Use DEI part number 555G or 555U to bypass during remote start mode. *1 The tan is located in the drivers kick and catches only the drivers door. The dark/blue is located in the passenger kick panel and catches all other doors, must diode isolate these wires. *2 Located at a 10 pin plug on the front of the drivers strut tower. There are two dk.green wires there, use the one in the corner of the plug. *3 The PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is in the air cleaner assembly.
