I installed a delta pro pager alarm in my car and a friends car,the problem is that the 2way pager works both cars at the same time.I tried reprograming the pager and it didn't help.Any suggestions on how to erase these pagers and start over?

Try programming the remote into only one car. Do it 4 times though. Most systems will only accept up to four remotes and that should bump out the duplicate. Programm each car's system this way with the different remotes. If one remote still does both vehicles then you may have found that one in a thousand chance that the remotes both work on the same frequency and code as each other. See if the dealer you bought it from will exchange the remote.
