Viper owner & Pros.Please help

when the eng .turn off ,the 2 front do not unlock automatticly but the back &sliding side do

when start the eng. all door lock

it's a 04 chevy express.the alarm is viper 791.

the  alarm was set up as follow;

    LOCK       button on the remote ( lock all dood)

    UNLOCK ...................................     ( unlock rear & sliding )

     AUX .................................................(press for more than 1 sec. 2 front open)

      LOCK & UNLOCK ...................     (  AT the same time .remote start )

well unless you changed the factory configuaration pressing lock and unlock together is activating timer mode, not RS.  RS is activated by pressing the snowflake button ( * ) two times.....

also, AUX is a delayed validity channel and you have to hold it for about 4 secs. to activate this channel.....

Make sure you have the engine controlled door locks on in the alarm settings.
