car wont start after alarm installed

my 92 integra wont start now that my buddy installed my alarm wrong. he didnt put a fuse line on it and it smoked up all my wires. it burnt up the power and ground wires and now my car wont start. do you think my brain is fried on my alarm or you think i need to put new leads the those wires? it has started kill so i dont know if that is why my car wont start?..and help....the alarm is crimestopper 200cs on a 92 integra

well i'd probably remove the alarm all together tape everything back up, reconnect the cut starter wire that what probably cut when installing the starter kill relay, then see if it starts, if it doesnt check all fuses under the hood and dash especially the ignition fuses. then i'd probably let a professional install the alarm if its even any good anymore.

Check your main 80 amp fuse under the hood.  You may have fried it also.

def. de-install...or have it de-installed...wow...probably should find someone who knows car electronics to prevent further damage...but if your gonna try ...do what jav said...might be a good idea to dis-connect negative battery terminal  before attempting to remove old alarm....!dis-connect main harness...tape this up right away( before proceeding...then start dis-connecting the wires...how did he tap into wires...?  do not pull...take your time...im sure the install is not going to be par either so ...make sure to tape all exposed wires...everything...
