I have no clue where this wire should go and the instrutions only say that

"This input comes from the factory set to 2 activation pulses. This means that is is nessissary to have 2 consecutive ground pulses on the white blue wire for the remote start to activate or deactivate. The same holds true for the remote control activation when set to a two pulse setting it is nessissary to press the * button twice for the remote start to activate oe deavtivate.

You dotn need to have that wire hook up, waht you can do it wire a button switch to it, and if you push it 2 times or waht ever it set at the car will start. It can be used say you go to a store and want to kept the car runnign push the button 2 tiem sand the RS will be on sao u can take your keys with ya, you can still do that just use the remote as the car is running.
